The service team was accommodating and friendly, even providing parking. The location is quite good, with convenient access to Jonker Street and other main attractions. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some dishes being decent while others lacked variety and hygiene. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
