Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's warmth lasts until the morning, offering spacious rooms that were a bit messy during check-in. However, the lack of air conditioning or a fan made ironing clothes uncomfortable. The service team was accommodating and friendly, even providing parking. The location is quite good, with convenient access to Jonker Street and other main attractions. The dining experience was hit or miss, with some dishes being decent while others lacked variety and hygiene. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were big, airy & spacious, worth the money, and clean compared to other hotels we checked out. However, the rough wood furniture, paint tracks on the carpet, and moisture smell made it less pleasant. The location was convenient, near many tourist attractions, but getting out of the hotel was challenging due to traffic. The dining options varied from horrible to decent, with mainly Asian breakfast available. The facility standards were simplistic but adequate.
The hotel has a good location, close to Jonker street, but the rooms need some improvement as they smell of moisture and have rough wooden furniture. The service was friendly overall. The dining experience was average with limited choices. The facilities need some attention.
The hotel is conveniently located close to famous Jonker Walk and a short walk to Red House and Jonker Street. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff welcoming my husband and me on arrival. However, the dining experience was disappointing, and the lack of nearby restaurants was a downside. The rooms, although boasting modern technology, had a strong cigarette smoke odor upon check-in.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a nice place with some drawbacks. The rooms could use some refurbishment to feel newer and better, but I had a decent experience overall. The service was pleasant, although the hotel condition was a bit off. The location is quite convenient, near many attractions and eateries. The dining options were of good quality but lacked variety in some aspects.
